All new Solis Tractors are sold with a three-year warranty. Should the need arise, Solis Tractors Sussex, Surrey and Kent stock a comprehensive range of spare parts and attachment tools for your machine.

Our specially trained service team are able to undertake any necessary repair or maintenance work, delivering the highest standard of customer service.

Bale Baron Service Charge Rates 2021 Season

Workshop rate £60.00 per hour

Advanced booking workshop rate £50.00 per hour

Call out rate including weekend work £80.00 per hour 6:00am – 9:00pm

Overtime rate £95.00 per hour 9:01pm – 5:59am

Bank Holiday rate £95.00 per hour

Travelling time & mileage £1.60 per mile

Mileage charges are calculated on assumed journey to and from the home base of the attending engineer

Third party materials & engineers expenses at cost + 15%
